Admin project pannel does not show projects

Hi,
The list of projects does not show completely in the admin panel. Although it shows at the top of the list that there are 13 projects, but it only shows 2 of them in the list.
I have tried this in Chrome and Firefox, and I face the same issue in both browsers (the first image). It only shows the complete list in Safari (the 2nd image)!

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
