    Hi guys,
I recently saw that before my intro image is coming in my website is visible for 0,5 or 1 second.
I had in mind that didn't happen in the beginning, but also am not quite sure.
Is there any way to provide the website from doing it?

I checked if the css or any plugin is responsible for it, but doesn't seem like it.

    Here's my website

    Thanks in advance and best,
    Laura

Oh hand I also figured - on my iPhone the image of the intro isn't displayed in full frame, but when I try this kind of size on my MacBook its fullframe.

Maybe you've a solution for that one as well?

        in customize → intro:

        question 1:

set a background color here and make the background opacity 100%!

        question 2:

can you use a portrait format image here?

          Hi Armin,
          thank you for your answer.
The solution for question 1 worked perfectly fine :)

For question 2, I already have set a portrait image. But I also didn't word it well - the situation just appears when having the phone in horizontal mode. Then it switches over to the horizontal image, but doesn't fill the space.

            https://stackoverflow.com/questions/65930978/angular-react-how-can-i-achieve-100-width-on-an-iphone-in-landscape-mode

seems like browsers add this gap by default on landscape mode.
