Keep project title on mobile but hover on desktop

Hey @arminunruh

I'm working on a new site for a client, the site is a work in progress: https://olivercheesman.com/

I'm wanting to have project titles show up on hover on desktop/laptop but on mobile just have the titles show.

Struggling to fix this, I found this code but isn't working:

.no-touchdevice .thumb .title {
opacity: 1 !important;
}

Any help would be great,

@arminunruh seem to not be working now which is really strange... works in chrome inspector but when on the actual mobile the titles are hidden. Wonder if its a cache thing, I did recently transfer these domains so maybe still propagating but has been a few days now hmm...
