Hi, I have an issue with Page Overlay on Safari - when clicking the link it works on Chrome and Firefox but not in Safari. I tried to disable all my custom coding to troubleshoot but the overlay still doesn't want to open in Safari.

yeah same here, here is an example: http://migrantvoicegallery.org/music-makers/ - if you click on 'read artist interview' button. Same on ios too. Chrome all fine.

I think I found the solution: Safari is blocking the overlay/link if the site is not secured - by that I mean if your site is not https://

This is what worked for me!

i just tested it and it works on
                    iOS, v14.4 too

maybe you'Re on the http website instead of on the https website and then it doesn't want to open the link because of that?

in your webhost you may be able to redirect your http:// website to https://

or maybe if u install and activate the plugin "really simple ssl" maybe this will do it by default
