Media library folder plug in

Is there a suggested media library folder/organization plug in to use with the theme that is supported?
I have a largely image based site and organizing into just the one media library is making workflow painful.
I'm wondering if there is something that laytheme is keeping up to date. I don't want to break my site, but the time to update or search for an image is killing me. I've heard in some comments that filebird was working for someone? -

hey, yep filebird works well with laytheme, you can create folders and sub folders for your media items. It is free but the paid version allows you to see the sub folders when you are uploading/modifying images to the gridder.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
