bottom Marquee visibility in Overlay page problem

Problem:
Marquee not visible when:
Is placed bottom in an "overlay" page (full width, in a row with browser height) with the animation from bottom to top. U need to scroll down to make it visible even if the diseable scrolling is chekced in the overlay page.
With other animation, fade, slide from top etc, works correctly.Can u check it Armin?

hey so for me it works, do u have a link please?
can you try and set frame top and frame bottom to 0 on the overlay page?
i use a browser height row, then i set frame top and bottom to 0 and put my marquee at the bottom, its a page overlay, not a project overlay: -
also make sure to update lay theme, maybe that does anything?

solved after updating and restarting the computer. Thank you for the video

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
