non-visual editor for backend-users (clients)

hello! is there a possibility to install a non-visual editor (simple text or block-editor) for my client? i can give roles for the website, but which one is the best? the user should not have the access to change layout, fonts and design.
(sorry if the question has already been asked...)

i think i will never code this, its so much work
i think wix studio has this feature

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
