Issue: Unable to Publish Projects (Publish Button Inactive)

Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing an issue where I can't publish projects because the "Publish" button is grayed out and inactive.
I'm using the latest version of Firefox, and I don’t see any specific version displayed. I also reinstalled the latest version of Lay Theme (8.0.8 - February 17, 2025), but I had the same issue with the previous version (8.0.7 - February 13, 2025).
Additionally, I have disabled all plugins to rule out conflicts, but the problem persists. I'm running PHP version 8.3.16 with FPM on Nginx.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

make sure the project thumbnail UI is shown:

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
