Overlay on Row Image/Video Background

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a way to add a semi-transparent color (50% opacity) as an overlay on top of a Row Image/Video Background.

This would really help improve text readability when placed over background images or videos.

Is this possible?

hello! we have this slider: "background opacity"
this darkens the image

it is only shown once you have "set row image background"

Ah, great! But is this also possible for video? And if not, is there a workaround?

I think this functionality would be really useful when setting a Row Video Background.

sure, if you update lay theme now, it should also work for row background videos
