Load Carousel images with lazy load blurred image effect

Is it possible to make the lazy load blurred image effect also available for the carousel plugin, especially for the first image of the carousel, because it usually takes a moment until it shows up and it would be great to have a small blurred version instead.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
