What's up with the element grid? Double clicking does not allow me to edit

Since today I'm having trouble editing the contents of my element grids. I wish I could send you a screen recording, bust basically double clicking does not bring up the edit box. It just simply refuses.
PLS HELP

damn! can you click on it once, then click the edit button

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
