Previous / Next + Back to Buttons

I would like to add a 'Back' button that would direct users to the Category page and place it at the end of each post.
For example 'Category A' has different projects, at the end of each individual project page place a button that redirects users back to the Catergory A page - and the same for Projects in Category B..etc.
Please instruct me on how to do this.

Hey! Right now you can only do this by inserting a "back" link into every project by hand. But Im going to work on a footer feature to make this more convenient.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
