Overlay with scrollable body behind.
-
I was asked to make the body behind an overlay also scrollable on mouse hover. Is there a way to do that? I have the overlays only 50% width and the page is shown behind that.
Thank you and best regards.

can you check
with an update i did yesterday i think, the body is fixed when opening a project overlay with this css
maybe try:
body{ position: static !important; }
Enter this css in "lay options" -> "custom css & html" -> "custom css"
this could work!

Thanks a lot for your time. I thought it is a pointer event thing before. I tried it now with the Body static css. But it wont scroll. Maybe I have some CSS somewhere that I have to delete. I will check.

Okay, but I'm not sure what I'm supposed to scroll when the project overlay is open.
You mean I think you kind of changed the project overlay to only be 50% width, and now probably you want the left half to still be scrollable, but there is nothing to scroll there anyways:
Can you be a little bit more specific about what you need? Some screenshots or more explanations would help because I'm kind of confused here.

Good Morning.
yes. The left site would be nice to be scrolable. You are right. There is nothing to scroll in real big browsers. But on my Mac Book Air for example. -
Okay, I see. Well, I'm not sure how to make this work here.
The project overlay feature wasn't really intended to be used that way, and this seems to be a bit more hard to do than expected.
I also code custom websites or custom Lay features.
