Woo commerce Product Attributes and phone carousel missing

Hi Lay Theme and thanks for your incredible work on your theme.

My website is experiencing missing elements that use to work before the recent updates.
I followed the recommended procedure in the Blue Box before posting but it did not fixed my 2 problems :

• I use to display Product Attributes on the Product Page of my Woocommerce Shop but now, it is gone and impossible to make it visible again.

• On the phone layout, I use to have a carousel to display product images but now it doesn't work anymore and only display one picture.

Could you please help me with those two little bugs?

can u go to customize → woocommerce → single product

make sure for "Mobile Layout Type",
the setting "carousel" is turned on

product attributes. do you mean this: ?

if you mean you had tabs, you may want to check this setting, also in "customize → woocommerce → single product"

if you for example use this plugin:

you could then have tabs that contain product details like this:

@arminunruh Thanks for your feedbacks.
I double checked and the Mobile Layout Type is well set to Carousel.

It appears that if I set the Desktop Layout Type on Carousel, it makes both Desktop and Mobile work with a Carousel. It means I can't set different behavior.

There is no custom CSS.

Any Idea??

Hey, are you sure you're using the latest version of Lay Theme?

So basically, for product pages on mobile, we always had a carousel. There was no way to not have a carousel there. that was the default, and there was no setting to have it any other way.

Now you do have a setting to just have the images on top of each other in customize > woo commerce > single product page.

To me, it seems like you didn't activate the option that I told you about in my second answer post here:

Another issue might be that you have a caching plugin and it's cached some things, so it doesn't work.

When I look at your page, I see on desktop you have no carousel and on mobile you have a carousel.
Well, I'm not even sure if I understand the issue cause u said:

You do have a carousel on mobile, so I'm not sure if I understand what the problem is.
