    hey there,
Iยดm having trouble with the full screen slider addon

    https://www.michael-englert.com/karl-ove-knausgard

    1. on Firefox theres some content missing, that i can see when using Chrome

    2. The images appear to be moving in from the bottom up when they are loaded - any idea what could be the reason for this?

    3. I couldnt find a way to not slide and also not fade but just click the pictures within the slide. Is that possible?

    Thank you very much !

      1. disable:
        lay options โ†’ scroll transitions
        Screenshot 2025-04-30 at 22.39.17.png

      2. mmh no, but if you just want images to switch but the rest of the content around to stay the same, you can use the carousel addon
you're talking about slide or fade, which is a type of animation. but then you talk about the place to click, so im I'm confused about what you mean.

        1. On Firefox, it seems that some images don't load. Do you have any plugins that you can disable? Can you try the steps in the blue box to the right?

It's hard to see why this would happen. If you can't fix it by following the steps in the blue box, could you please send me an email? :

can you send your website address, /wp-admin/ username and password and a link to this topic to info@laytheme.com?

Looking at the website, it seems like this person is using a carousel. The Lay Theme Carousel add-on.

I think using the full screen slider would be better in this situation because it's easier to lay out your slides.

But the Full Screen Slider only has slide or fade options, it does not have immediate change of slides.

I ended up just disabling lazy loading for images in Lay Options, and now the images show up correctly on Firefox. I'm kind of confused as to why they didn't show up before because they did show up in other projects. It was just this one project where they didn't show up on Firefox as far as I can tell.

I hope this solution works for you.
