Project-thumbnails and site don't work (not loading anymore)

Hey guys,
hopefully someone can help me with my issues:
There should be a project-thumbnail grid, also some sites are missing since i updated the laythme version. Even the index, or about site is not working and everything seems to be gone. The projects in my dashoboard are still available, but the sites are missing. I can see the sites, and the gridder works, but as soon as i click on preview-site everything is gone.
Can someone help me out?

Hey, can you disable your caching plugin?
I'm 99% sure it's because of that.
Please always do the steps in the blue box to the right that says "before you post" In case something like that happens.Also make sure to use the latest Lay Theme version and the latest Lay Theme plugin versions.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
