links in text mouseover not working

Hi,

Very simple, attempting to have links in text change color upon hover—changed the settings in the customizer to force a color change upon mouseover. It doesn't appear to be working. It only changes color when it's clicked, not when it's hovered over. I'm very confused. I have no custom script at this time.

Probably it's because some styles were applied in the text editor that don't get overwritten by the mouse over CSS.

Can you please go to Customize > Links and texts > Links and texts mouse over.

Then please activate this setting for mouse over styles.

Currently, this reads "force mouseover color".

But with the next update I'm changing this to force apply all of the mouse over styles, not just the color one. Because I think that makes more sense.
