custom cursor not working

hey armin thanks for all the recent help.
i've noticed that the custom cursors are not working for full page slider / carousels on my website.example of full page slider:

mh for me they work. which browser do u use and browser version?

i just tried on firefox (141.0) and chrome (138.0.7204.183), both has the same issue.

thats so weird, for me it works on both of these browsers. u also seem to use a png which is fine and your images seem to not be too large.
i remember on my mac i had this issue sometimes
i had to restart my mac to see custom cursors on websites again
can u try that?

oh you're right actually it seems like it's the mac. i tried it on a win machine and it works fine. i'll try restarting in a bit as well. thanks!

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
