      Re: Masonry-esque Layout Options

      Hi,

I seen briefly or short off questions mentioned multiple times about Mansonry kind of layouts.

I am wondering if your working on somethings based on the work of/or planning to work on: http://masonry.desandro.com/

      Thanks.
      David

        Dear David,
        thank you for writing us.
The Masonry is already integrated as a project overview.

        You can activate it here:
        0_1490088667354_Bildschirmfoto 2017-03-21 um 10.29.39.png

        And edit it then here:
        0_1490088683528_Bildschirmfoto 2017-03-21 um 10.29.48.png

This is the only option yet to use masonry. Did you have than in mind or something different?

We are always curious to hear ideas for improvement.

        Have a good day!

        Marius

Ah! that's pretty close from what I meant.

I just tried it out and there are just some things which with would be nice if possible.

It would be sweet if an image could do the same kind of trick as: http://masonry.desandro.com/layout.html

For example let say you're basis is 3 vertical rows, fillet with first 3x 1:1 ratio images next a 1:2 image ending with a 1:1 image.

I love to have that the image of 1:2 ratio bridges two vertical rows and not resize to 1 vertical row. You know what I mean?

Try this to fix issues before you post:

Use the Search Feature. Maybe there is already a solution to your issue.

            1. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
            2. Disable all Plugins
            3. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code ", click "Save Changes"
            4. Now see if your problem solved itself
            5. Go here, see if your problem is listed here:
            Troubleshooting

            When you post:
            1. Post a link to where the problem is
            2. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it

            Thanks!
