Media library content is not displaying when I try to upload img and video

Hello everyone,
As you see from the title of this post media library content is not displaying when I try to upload img and video. For example I click on "set .mp4" a window pops-up but nothing appears. Just blank! Is there maybe something particular to do to solve this issue?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
