Media Library Bug

Hello,

I designed a website for a client, a couple of month ago
http://www.muscle.cool/
Since, They manage and update contents by their own,
everything was fine.

But since today, they couldn't access to media library when they try to change a project thumbnail.

Do you know what happen ? I searched in the forum, and I can see there was the same problems in the past with some lay theme update, but I don't know how to fix it..

Did you do an update recently?

It can also be a server issue? Maybe the server is full?

I just had to disable Jetpack Plugin, the client installed it by their own, I didn't saw it..
