Glitch with Cover option and text on click

Hi there,
I have a problem with a clients site.
I have the cover mode enabled and in firefox (works fine in chrome and safari) when i click the cover to scroll down, it highlights the text on the cover. I have set the text on highlight to be inverse with black background and white text but it looks really ugly like this in firefox.
Could you help me fix this? Not sure why it should be doing this in firefox.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
