Carousel Addon Text disappears on mobilephone

Hello,
the Carousel Addon got a feature to put Text into it.
It works great on desktop but on the mobilephone the text disappears.Online:

Tested on the Customize preview in the theme and on an iphone 5S.
Is there a way to fix it?

On my desktop (mobile width) and iPhone 6 I don't have any trouble.
Did you check to remove the custom HTML and CSS?

thx for the fast support :-)I erased the custom html and css in the carousel gallery but i doesnt work.
Still got the problem on mobilephones :/Best

Try this to fix issues before you post:
Use the Search Feature. Maybe there is already a solution to your issue.
1. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
2. Disable all Plugins
3. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code ", click "Save Changes"
4. Now see if your problem solved itself
