Mute / Un-mute browser control

Hey @Armin-Unruh and Lay community!
I want to have a video, with sound, being autoplayed on my site but I want it to start off as muted and then have an icon or something to click to un-mute the video. Would there be a way to do this?Alternatively just have a button with the function of muting and un-muting the browser tab?

This is a bit more complicated than usual.
You need to write a jQuery function to do so.
Do you know the basics of Javascript and jQuery?

I will not be able to provide you the solutionMaybe you can find a solution with muting the browser tab?

Try this to fix issues before you post:
Use the Search Feature. Maybe there is already a solution to your issue.
1. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
2. Disable all Plugins
3. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code ", click "Save Changes"
4. Now see if your problem solved itself
