Full screen row background disappearing on resize

Hi,
I've got a portfolio running with the fullscreen slider add on. When I have a background colour on a row and I resize the browser window to see the site switch to mobile layout, the coloured background disappears when I resize to normal size.
I know most people aren't resizing their desktop browser windows to mobile sizes but it just seems like a bit of an odd bug.
Any fixes?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
