Mobile Page Font differs from Website Font with same Font selected

@mariusjopen the website http://tomkleinschmidt.com is now temporarily online - sorry, i had a maintenance running. Both Laytheme and Wordpress are up to date, no custom CSS codes. Best, Tom

@mariusjopen I'm sorry, the website is not launched yet - I can't have it online the whole weekend. Can you tell me when you need the website online - I'll make it public for that time window then!
-
@mariusjopen update on this: I tried changing the font for the mobile site to Helvetica and keep Andale for the normale website. The result: I can not change the font for the normal website and the mobile site separately. It keeps changing it to the same font...

@mariusjopen Sorry for the spam, but I could also create a user acount for you so you can see the settings in Wordpress? Let me know :)
-
Hey Tom,
I did not look into the forum on the weekend.
So it changes always back to the serif font?
Can you upload the site on a subdomain for test reasons?
To tell you the mistake I really need to look into the page.
All the best!
Marius

@mariusjopen I created a user for you: Testbenutzer. The PW is your name. Would that work?
-
@mariusjopen The website will be online from now on :)
-
Hey Tom,
I cannot log in. There are many different names to spell my name. Capitals, no capitals, together…
:-)Best is to send me an email mail@mariusjopen.com.
:-)

Hey Marius, sorry!! I deleted the account as soon as the website was online. I wrote you a mail. Thank you for getting back to me on this!

Hi Tom!
Armin and me are on it!
Will get back to you soon!

Hey TomKlein!
I bet your mobile device does not have the font "Andale Mono" installed. If you want to use that font and have it compatible for all devices, I recommend you get the webfont version of that font, upload it through "lay options -> webfonts" and then apply the webfont of it everywhere.
Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
