fixed y-offset
-
Hi,
I'm setting up a page with several text blocks that have different y-offsets. Due to the proportional nature of y-offsets, the text alignment between the text blocks changes according to the browser size.
Is there a way to "lock" the y-offset and to avoid the vertical shift of the text blocks?best,

Hi Matteo,
no. This is not possible. To use those Y Offsets is always proportional to the window size.
You could use Custom CSS.
Give each box an additional class and then move them up withmargin: -20px
.I hope that helped!

Hi @mariusjopen, I gave them a custom class and then oved 'em up with a negative margin, but this is not fixing the issue. May I wrong something? (in case I can send you the private link)

Hi Matteo!
maybe you can post a link of the website here in this thread. Then I can have a look and see how I can help.
Best :-)

Hi Matteo!
Ok, I see your point.
Until now this is not possible with LayTheme. If the browser width changes and you use negative values to move the box up, there is no way to achieve this.
The only way would be to stack multiple elements freely in the Gridder.
We are working on this for the next verison of the gridder. All the best!

ok, thank you! I will wait!
Before you post
Use the Search Feature. Maybe there is already a solution to your issue.
1. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
2. Disable all Plugins
3. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code ", click "Save Changes"
4. Now see if your problem solved itself
5. Go here, see if your problem is listed here:
Troubleshooting
When you post:
1. Post a link to where the problem is
2. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
