Hover on Carousel Images

Hey y'all!
I'm trying to achieve something similar as in the topic above but for carousels.The idea is to have the carousel image caption and the image count appear on hover. I tried various selectors but couldn't get it to work yet.
Would be great to get a hint on how to do this!

Hi Vincent,
you can try to achieve it with jQuery. When you hover over the slideshow ā it adds a class to the caption and the page-numbers that it will not be displayed anymore.
Do you know the basics of jQuery?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
