Fonts working on and off on different webbrowsers.

Ive installed a font family with woff and used the text format to mange the text on our site. But now we are having problem with the font not allways working and using a default font on certain browsers. I am also having problems with the font being pixelated even though ive set the sizing in % to avoind this problem.
We are having problems with the browsers firefox and safari. Hope anyone have any tips or tricks to solve this. I have only used the custom css and not added an aditional css sheet to the site.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
