Fade transition fail

Hi, sorry if posting in the wrong section, I was also looking for an already existing topic similar to my subject but couldn't find any. Since last update to Version: 2.2.9 the fade transition to my about page fails / disappeared.
I run Firefox 56.0.2 (64-bit). Am I missing out on something, Do I have to add any css code all sudden?

@mariusjopen No everything has just been the same since I set up the website over a year ago! as you can see its very plain and simple. the fade transition works on the main (Home) page but as soon as I click for pages (About), it loads as a normal dull website.

is there anything I can do?

FYI I noticed the transition / fade effect works going from About back mainpage by clicking the centered 'Monello Magazine' top link but not the other way around.
