    hey guys,

    when the first image in the carousel is horizontal the numbers and caption are on the outside borders of the image.
    but if there are portrait sized images in the same carousel, the numbers are still in the position of the horizontal image.

    I want them to stick to the actual picture size.
    where/how can I change this?
    thanks!

        Hello right now this is not possible! This behavior was the default behavior with an older version of the carousel but ppl complained of captions and numbers jumping around, so I removed the feature entirely instead of making it optional. I wrote it down and will work on it one day and make this optional.

          I see ... well, in lightbox the behavior is still there, captions align to the size of images.
          Why make a difference?
          Can I stop the captions from jumping there instead?
          Thanks so much for your reply!

            @arminunruh
            Right now, the beaviour is different between carousel and lightbox:
            In lightbox the captions align to the size of images.
            In carousel the captions' position is fixed.

            I want the same behaviour for all captions throughout the website. Either fixed or aligned.
            How can I achieve this?
            Would be great to get a reply!
