HTML5 Video does not Autoplay and is overlapping with elements

Hi everyone,
I´m trying to add an .mp4 animation to one of my projects but it won´t Autoplay and is overlapping with other elements in chrome -->
Autoplay works in Safari but the video is cut off here.
Can you advise please?

in my Chrome everything looks fine.But only on Safari the autoplay does not work.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
