2 dash burger menu

I've noticed a growing popularity for a 2 dash burger menu instead of a 3 dash.

Maybe that's something for laytheme?

I have been checking out Cargo 2 from Cargocollective, which is also a website building tool and they support uploading custom svg icons for burger menu icons. There is also a small selection of default icons you can choose from. Maybe that would be a cool feature for the future.

I’m using this code at the moment to change the burger menu icon. It’s probably pretty messy code but it works for now.
