Menu fixed to center like title

Hi,
I tried my best to do it by myself but it just does not work. I want the menu to behave like the title. You can see the issue best, when scaling the browser window bigger and smaller. While the title stays in the middle, no matter what the display or browser size it is (how it supposed to be), the menu just stays at one place. Can someone tell me what the custom ccs has to look like? Thank you!

}
