Scroll to top not working?

Hi, great theme, great addons, great everything! Thanks so much.
In the latest update you introduced a scroll to top button, but no matter what I do, I cant get it to work.
I have it in the bottom of a category. It displays as a button, but nothing happens when I press it.I tried to code it myself (via info found here: http://laythemeforum.com:4567/topic/254/activate-magnetic-slide-via-seperate-link/2) but Im a novice and couldnt get it to work.
It would be really great if you knew the problem

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
