we want to switch a website from http to https, does that work now without problems?

thanx for the information, we will try it.
in future we will need to have a warranted performance for websites switched from http to https,
i hope it already works.

soon https will be the standard, am i right?
which way would you suggest to switch former http websites built with lay to to https?

Hey guys, I just tried to switch from http to https with the really simple ssl plugin, but now I only see a blank site. And of course I didn't backup anything. Can somebody help me out here?

Hey, I converted my http to https yesterday and this tutourial was very easy. Its in German but includes the code for the .htaccess-file and a wp-plug in for renaming the links that worked well for me.
The step to check the "console" to find left over http-links was also quite helpfull … HTTP 2 HTTPS
