Link button in text editor doesnt work after 2.5.0 update

Hi! Just updated, super excited about the new menu options and the stack elements. Just tried to turn some text into a link in a text box and clicking the link button didn't do anything, ie, no response from the button. Other buttons in the text edit fields are working fine, just that one no longer works. Thanks for looking into this!

Same problem now, after updating to Version: 2.8.2
The Button "Add/edit Link" doesn't work.
The Button "Remove Link" works fine.

For the moment I change the <a>-Tags directly in HTML, but my client won't be able to do this on his own...

Can the bug be fixed again?
