Carousel dynamic numbers/caption

Not sure if "dynamic" is the right term here:

Is it possible to make the numbers/caption under the carousel stick to the bottom of the picture, even if that picture on top half of the carousel box?

eg: first image is a portrait picture, second is a landscape picture

How about moving the numbers/description on top of the carousel?

Dear @Hayo-Gebauer
you can always move the caption to the top with Custom CSS.
Try to use VW instead of pixel. The layout-proportions are based on that.

I tried finding the "numbers-element" via inspect, couldn't find it.

    position: absolute;
    top: -34px;
}
