      Hello there,

I noticed that Google search results is showing the images of my photo portfolio and I actually don't like this thing... So I looked around how can avoid this and I found this short Google 'how to'.

Here it is the part where I am interested in:
*To remove all the images on your site from our index, place the following robots.txt file in your server root:

      User-agent: Googlebot-Image
      Disallow: /*

I just wanted to ask to the developers if this method will work with LT or if I will encounter some problems. And (btw) where I can find the robots.txt file?

      Thanks in advance :)
      Melo

        Dear @melo_lenosier
we don't have that tested and can not tell you 100% if that will work or break anything.

I believe it won't break anything.
You can give it a shot.

Not sure how to get the robots.txt. I assume you just need to create the file. Better check yourself on Google.

        Best!

        Before you post

Use the Search Feature. Maybe there is already a solution to your issue.

        1. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
        2. Disable all Plugins
        3. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code ", click "Save Changes"
        4. Now see if your problem solved itself
        5. Go here, see if your problem is listed here:
        Troubleshooting

        When you post:
        1. Post a link to where the problem is
        2. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it

        Thanks!
