Can't Save or Update
-
Hi, how are you?
I'm using Lay theme on two websites, in one of them I can't save any changes in Text Formats, when I click "Save changes" it goes to Settings options "All Settings" and doesn't save any of my changes. In the other one the same happens when I want to save a Page, when I click on "Update" it goes to the list of Projects and doesn't save any of my changes either. I tried it several times but it keeps doing the same.
I also tried to update plugins and themes and it keeps send me an error:
An error occurred while updating "...": The package could not be installed. The package contains no files. Please help!
Thank you. -
Dear @juanpinkus
do you have all the updates installed? For theme and plugins?
Do you have any other plugins than from LAY installed? What is the link to your website?
Best!

Hi @mariusjopen ,
In juanpinkus.com I have all the updates, I recently installed the qTranslate-X to make it multilingual. This is where I can't save Text Formats, also some strange errors in the rows.
In the other one http://www.unimportant.studio/ I can't save Pages, I don't have the last LayTheme update, but I cant't update it because of the error when I try.
Thanks.

Dear @juanpinkus
qTranslate is not working with Laytheme.

Hello
Please make sure your PHP version is set to the latest (7 or sth). You can do that in your webhost control panel.
This could fix the save text formats issue.Contrary to what @mariusjopen says we do have multilanguage support:

Hi @arminunruh,
This issue suddenly was solved, I suppose it was a temporary thing related with my hosting.Yes! I'm already using qTranslate-X and its working great.
Thank you.
