Use project description via “tag” (and hide it in project thumbnails)
-
Hi there Lay-Team,
I've been wondering if there is a way to use the project descriptions in a little different way:
I wanted to set up a footer where I wnated to place the tags for next and previous project
<a class="layprevproject" href="#layprevproject">
which works just fine.
In addition I would like to setup a text block there that uses the project description, so I can put credits and team credetials in the description per project and render them in the footer on the individual projects.Unfortunately project descriptions always show in the thumbnails (which I don’t want) when enabled, so they need to be hidden, there…
Is there an easy way to do the above mentioned?
Would you consider that this might be a feature in a forthcoming revision of lay?Best!

Dear @edgrbnz
right now there is no way to use the project description somewhere else except below the Thumbnails.
You can of course hide it with CUSTOM CSS..descr { display: none !important; }
We will consider your idea though.
Best and thank you!
Marius
