Images content doesn't appear

Hi,
Thanks for the great theme.
When I open the website with Chrome on my computer it works perfectly, but with Safari no images show up neither on other people's computer or any phones. The inspector looks empty or fails to load the resource.
I followed the steps in the Troubleshooting but I can't find the code written with the sentence “If your .htaccess file were writable…”
When I access to my .htaccess folder, the code you wrote as an exemple is the exact same one as in the files.
I'm sorry, I really don't get the problem and checked all the previous posts telling about this kind of issues. I wrote to the webhost, they don't really find a solution either.

on my Safari the content is displayed. But the video is not playing.

Can you make a bit more extra content in to test.
