Some text disappears on some computers.

I need help figuring this one out!
On some connections, regardless the browser, some text disappears.
I'm not sure what the pattern is here. For some it loads both text and pictures for others just the images.Can you tell me if you see the layout in print-screen bellow?
If not can you help troubleshoot it?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
