    Hi,

Does someone know if it is possible to use the standard menu to create a button that can scroll to a certain div at that same page. I'd like to make an index button that scrolls to a div that shows de index text at the bottom of the page,

    Thanks in advance
    Tomas

      Dear @TomasLaar_Studio
no. This is not possible. At least not very easily.

You might try to create a special menu-item and then have some jQuery running to get the page scroll.

      Not a very clean solution.

      Best!

You can also use "Custom HTML at top" in "Lay Options" -> "Custom CSS & HTML" to insert some html for a button, style it with css, write javascript to make it scroll somewhere on click in "custom <head> content" wrapped in a <script></script> tag.

Search the forum I think there were some similar posts.

@mariusjopen Hi thanks for your reply, I found a solution with a Wordpress plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/page-scroll-to-id/ and from the looks of it this works. So for people out there with the same trouble use the plugin. :)

          1. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
          2. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
          3. Disable all Plugins
          4. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

This often solves issues you might run into
