Unable to upgrade from Laytheme 2.6.1 to 2.6.3

Hello,
I have a valid, activated license for Lay Theme. Including that information for troubleshooting. I am able to see via notification that there is an update for Lay Theme (2.6.3) but when I go to the themes section, I do not see the option to update. I do not see "New version available. Update now". I've tried Safari and Chrome but still get the same issue. I have not had this issue upgrading other properties from 2.6.2 to 2.6.3. I am using WordPress version 4.9.8 and Lay Theme 2.6.1. Any advice?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
