It happens also when changing from desktop to mobile.
case 1: loaded desktop version (it works) ā then resize to mobile (it works) ā then back again to desktop (stop working)
case 2: loaded mobile version (it works) ā then resize to desktop (it works) ā then back again to mobile (stop working)

The problem can be recreated also using a wordpress default shortcode (I inserted a [video] inside the page I sent you).

Ok, maybe I found something.
It works only if you don't have a custom phone layout :)I created 4 pages:
ā A page with a DEFAULT wordpress shortcode with a custom phone layout ā DOESN'T WORK
ā A page with a DEFAULT wordpress shortcode without a custom phone layout ā IT WORKSā A page with a MY wordpress shortcode with a custom phone layout ā DOESN'T WORK
ā A page with a MY wordpress shortcode without a custom phone layout ā IT WORKSThe problem comes out only when a custom phone layout is active.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
