Footer disappears but is existing at the end of the page and menu to #anchor

Hi,

I really like the Theme, but two simple things I can't solve quickly.
Demo website: http://www.website-prototype.nl/pizzabeppedemo

1. the footer is on the page, but dissapears under the bottom of the screen. I'm using the slider, but is it possible to show the footer permanent at the bottom of the page? And I don't mean a fixed footer.
2. I set on different row an anchor tag in the id. But when I also give the link a url like the following: "http://www.website-prototype.nl/pizzabeppedemo/home#locations " --> it doens't work. What am I missing here?

what part of the page do you want to use as the footer?
