Page as Homepage

Hi,
is there a way to have a page as the homepage so I could also use images on the homepage and not only project thumbnails?

@toklas In the Dashboard, in the sidebar menu click on Customize -> then again in the sidebar menu click on "Front Page" then choose option "Page" and then from the drop-down "Choose a Page" pick a page you have already created and that page will be your Homepage.

Before you post:
Use the Search Feature. Maybe there is already a solution to your issue.
1. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
2. Disable all Plugins
3. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code ", click "Save Changes"
4. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
