    Hi there,

I am designing a website using my 3rd license key for Lay and I have come across two issues, one mostly visual and the other a bit more functional and difficult to have to deal with in the process of designing it.

The first one is that the arrows, xs and +s on the right side of the gridder, are all displayed as squares. It is still totally possible to work this way, I just wanted to mention it because clearly there is something wrong with that. You can see what I mean in the screenshot.!!

Next and most important is that the text formats are not working.
I uploaded my fonts, set them up but they cannot be activated.

First I uploaded woff files and they were not even displaying right, everything was displayed as Times bold.
Then I uploaded ttf which works fine in the text format page when I set them up.
But when I am setting up text in pages and trying to select a text format, it is highlighted as selected but everything stays as Default and I have to manually change that.

Is there anything I or you can do about this. My client is to take on using the website and uploading all content and doing so without text formats will definitely be an issue.

    Please let me know
    thanks
    Miltos

Also, just to let you know, everything worked fine with the first two website I built with the same license key. It's only the 3rd one that I have those issues.

              Dear @miltosbottis
that you see squares in the Gridder is something we never had before.

Do you use a special server? What plugins do you have installed? Are all the plugins up to date?

Best is if you write me a PM and include your username, password and a link to this conversation.

                Dear @miltosbottis
the text formats seems to work. I created a test page and use two text elements with two different formats.

Can you check if that is all right?

About the squares… I will check with Armin.

                Best!

It seems that the .woff files that are responsible for showing the icons do exist but they cannot be loaded on your server, for example: http://www.sissyraptopoulou.com/wp-content/themes/lay/assets/bootstrap/fonts/glyphicons-halflings-regular.woff

I see your textformats is using ttf files. But if I upload a .woff file, the server does not load the .woff file.

Please speak to your webhost, maybe there is an issue with your server configuration or htaccess configuration.
