convert a standard text into an openable link/hyperlink

hey guys, I just would like to know how to convert a standard text (an 'imprint' for example) into an openable link/hyperlink without creating another menu. I would like to add this link to an already existing menu and the text should open in a separate tab. is that possible? thanks!

you can always link text which you create in the Gridder.Does that answer your question?

Before you post:
Use the Search Feature. Maybe there is already a solution to your issue.
1. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
2. Disable all Plugins
3. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code ", click "Save Changes"
4. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
